Our story

Built from a mistake we paid for.

Not a founding myth. The actual sequence, what went wrong, and what we built so it stops happening to other people.

2021

Everyone optimised for the admit. Nobody for the life after it.

Counsellors got paid when you got in, anywhere. Where you ended up in five years was, conveniently, not their problem.

2022

One of us moved to the UK for a Master’s, on that advice.

The course was real. The job market for it wasn’t. The £4,000 the living-cost estimate left out was very real.

2023

The information existed. It was just never shown to the student.

Labour data, PR pathways, true costs: all public, all knowable in advance. The gap wasn’t research. It was incentive.

2024

We started saying the unpopular thing out loud.

Sometimes that meant talking a student out of the country they walked in certain about. They thanked us later.

2025

The model held.

Across nine destinations. Career-first, cost-honest, no deposit-and-disappear.
